Pursuit Race Start

The start sequence commences 5 Minutes before the slowest boat start (ie. The boat with the largest handicap on the day). The countdown board will display the time (ie. corrected minutes PY , plus 5 Minutes) at the start of the sequence.
eg. Vivacity (PY = 1324) which is 140 (corrected minutes ) +5(minutes) =145.

Plus 1 sound signal at start of sequence

1 sound signal will be made every minute thereafter and the countdown timer reduced by 1 minute. Individual boats will start when their corrected minutes PY is displayed on the countdown timer
